HelpUBuild worked with this customer to take advantage of his panoramic view. The office, kitchen, dining room, and front entrance were placed on the side that would make the most of the view. There were many custom touches:
- This is a custom floorplan with 3 bedrooms (one for an office) and 2 baths.
- Clerestory windows look out into the trees and, at night, the stars.
- Double French doors onto the back deck bring light, openness and depth to the living areas.
- His custom kitchen includes oak cabinets with etched glass inserts.
- A 2-car garage with plenty of extra storage closets was included.
